## Job Summary:

In this role, you will provide non-routine cost engineering/planning and scheduling needs to projects. You will establish stakeholder relationships, conduct schedule analysis and integrate activities, identify restraints, quantify risks, monitor cost and performance, recommend alternatives, and deliver training sessions and workshops. Your activities will synthesize project components into seamless execution.

This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and may require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership.

Applicants must be Australian Citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance.

## Major Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain the project reporting framework, standards, reporting calendar and governance requirements.
- Ensure reporting deliverables align with contractual requirements, project controls processes and project execution objectives.
- Implement reporting quality assurance, approval workflows and data governance controls.
- Lead the preparation and issuance of project performance reports, dashboards and executive reporting packages.
- Integrate cost, schedule, progress, risk, change, procurement and construction data to provide a consolidated view of project performance.
- Develop clear performance narratives identifying key trends, issues, risks, forecast impacts and required management actions.
- Oversee reporting data integrity through validation, reconciliation and quality control processes.
- Drive reporting automation, dashboard development and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and insights.
- Maintain document control, records management and version control for reporting deliverables.
- Facilitate reporting reviews and performance discussions with project leadership, functional managers and customer representatives.
- Translate complex project controls information into concise executive summaries and presentations.
- Manage reporting issues, priorities and stakeholder expectations to ensure timely and effective decision-making.
- Lead and coordinate reporting personnel and contributors to deliver accurate, timely and high-quality reporting outputs.
- Develop reporting processes, guidance materials, training and lessons learned.
- Foster a culture of data integrity, accountability, transparency and continuous improvement.

## Education and Experience Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, finance, quantity surveying or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Typically 10+ years of relevant project controls, reporting, cost, planning, scheduling, performance management or project delivery experience, including experience on large, complex infrastructure or major capital projects.
- Demonstrated experience leading reporting processes, coordinating multi-discipline contributors and producing executive-level project performance information.

## Required Knowledge and Skills:

- Demonstrated experience leading reporting and performance management activities on large, complex infrastructure or capital projects.
- Advanced knowledge of project controls reporting, including cost, schedule, progress, risk, change and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in reporting and data visualization tools, including Excel, Power BI and other reporting systems, with the ability to develop meaningful performance insights.
- Strong understanding of project governance, reporting standards, data integrity, quality assurance and document control requirements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex project data into clear executive-level reporting.
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary inputs, challenge data assumptions and drive timely decision-making.
