About the Role:

Monitor, develop and enhance the technical related systems to enable efficient functioning of the Asset Integrity
Management Systems (AIMS) work processes which contribute to operational availability, integrity, and
reliability of company's assets throughout their Life Cycle.
• Supports Operations, Maintenance and Projects teams through the development, management and
enhancement of technical systems required to support Asset Integrity, Maintenance and Reliability
included ONE ERP (EAM/SAM/DGS/MOC), Operator Rounds, Shift Handover etc.
• Provide support in the development of systems and strategies for Asset Integrity Management system.
• Ensure all master data in the all technical systems including ONE ERP are controlled, updated and
accurate.
• Participate in multi-disciplined AIMS support teams reviewing existing systems and business processes
for all elements of Asset Integrity and Process Safety (AIPS) and develop new where necessary.
• Provide support in the development of systems to drive planning and scheduling of planned work for
Maintenance and Inspection and oversee the development of work systems to facilitate this process.
• Develop reports and perform data analysis from technical systems using specialised tools including
Business Intelligence (BI).
• Ensure AIMS technical systems elements (e.g. population of CMMS) are considered and delivered as
part of projects deliverables including but not limited to population and delivery of asset register, spare
parts material register, maintenance strategies/plans and task from RCM.
• Identify continuous improvement by conducting systems audits and benchmarking to support the overall
Operations Excellence program and systems.
• Execute business process improvement activities to promote organizational changes and facilitate the
culture of operational excellence in delivering the goals through cross-functional collaboration.

Participate in the defining, assessment, development, testing and implementation of all enhancements
to technical systems in coordination with IT and end-users to ensure that business requirements are
met.
• Provides input to plant and equipment shutdown/turnaround and overhaul planning.
• Liaise with operational leaders and Subject Matter Experts (SME's) to gather, monitor and analyse data
and trends to identify potential opportunities, needs, issues and problems that could impact business
results and support the KPI systems throughout the organization.
• Contribute to the establishment of Technical System competence requirements and its assurance to
enable the most effective use of the system.
• Participate in knowledge capture and sharing with other OPCO's and Industrial Shareholders to be
utilized during business improvement studies.
• Coordinate with sites and various division for OE and sites communications and to prepare for audits
• Enhance Operational Excellence business processes by defining procedures and identifying non-value
activities and systems to promote improvements to company performance.
• Facilitates the implementation of change within the Company related to systems, procedures,
processes, operating practices, products, and behaviours through identification of improvement
opportunities, communication with concerned personnel and monitoring of outcomes.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent

6 years’ experience and at least 3 years' experience in a large industrial organization, preferably in the
Oil and Gas industry.
