About this role

For a quarter of a century, the Jellycat family have brought joy, wonder and playful fun to people of all ages, in every part of the world. Utterly original and in a class of their own, they are currently among the most loved and collected toys of their kind. How has this gentle tribe endeared themselves to so many? Perhaps it is their whimsical expressions. Or the deliciously soft fabrics. Or the beautiful way in which they sit in your hand. Whatever it is, there is something magical and unmistakeable about each one of them.

We are looking for a 2D Graphic Designer to conceptualise and create documents for the Design team and wider business, communicating information in a clear visual way.

You'll be;

- Creating visually compelling presentations across product, research and artwork for the Design team and wider business, using fresh, exciting, on-brand layouts that inspire and inform.
- Shaping visual communications for reports, presentations, Town Halls, board meetings and off-site sessions, translating information into engaging content.
- Designing team documents that bring processes to life through clear, thoughtful and visually engaging communication.
- Supporting the wider teams by presenting inspirational mood boards and collections, including selling sheets in a clear, creative and accessible way.
- Transforming written documents into polished visual presentations that enhance understanding and storytelling.
- Supporting the team in the creation of flow charts, org charts and gantt charts to enhance understanding.
- Helping the team with design based admin responsibilities.
- Simplifying drawings and visuals to communicate technical information clearly to factories.
- Turning raw data into meaningful insights for our KPIs by identifying patterns, trends and correlations, then present findings visually through graphs and charts.
- Supporting photography and sample amendments using CAD to help refine and communicate product updates.

You'll have;

- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Core design principles and strong Visual Communication.
- Problem solving skills.
- Clear communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- The ability to work to a deadline.
- The ability to be self-motivated.
- The ability to learn new systems, processes and skills.
- An interest in design or creative industries.
- The ability to have discretion with confidential information.
