Our Warehouse and Logistics team plays an important role in ensuring the efficient movement of materials across our operations. We work closely with suppliers, customers and internal teams to ensure materials are handled safely, accurately and in line with production requirements.

As a Warehouse Coordinator , you will coordinate and expedite the flow of materials from suppliers, customers and internal departments in line with production schedules. You will support the planning and scheduling of material and production requirements while maintaining safe and efficient warehouse operations.

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Maintaining an efficient flow of materials and warehouse goods
- Handling materials in accordance with internal and external customer agreements and procedures
- Picking, packing and marking goods in compliance with statutory requirements and Baker Hughes Quality and HSE policies and procedures
- Coordinating material movements to support production schedules and operational requirements
- Carrying out warehouse and material transactions within the company ERP system, Oracle

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have experience within Oil & Gas or another relevant industrial warehouse environment
- Have a Logistics Certificate of Apprenticeship or relevant logistics qualification
- Have a valid Forklift Certificate covering T1, T2 and T4
- Have experience with Oracle ERP, which would be advantageous
- Have an Overhead Crane G11 certificate, which would be preferred
- Have good computer skills and the ability to work effectively with warehouse systems
- Have good written and verbal English communication skills
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Be able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
