About the Role
As an Asset Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the lifecycle of drilling assets used within NOV's Wired Drill Pipe operations. Your focus will be on ensuring equipment is available, properly maintained, accurately documented, and efficiently managed throughout its operational lifecycle.
Working across multiple functions, you will coordinate asset mobilization and demobilization, support maintenance and inspection activities, maintain accurate system data, and contribute to continuous improvements in asset management and ERP processes.

Essential Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Experience
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, asset coordination, inventory management, or equipment administration.
- Experience coordinating operational processes involving asset movements, maintenance, or documentation.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience working with ERP and/or asset management systems.
- Strong administrative and documentation management skills with high attention to detail.
Languages
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Other Requirements
- Valid Class B driving licence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Track a Tool, JDE, ePMS, or Wells.
- Experience from the oil & gas, drilling, energy, or industrial equipment sectors.
- Norwegian language skills.
- Forklift licence.
