KBR is looking for Specialist, Government Relations  (UAE National) to be based in Abu Dhabi

Experience:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Government Relations, Public Relations Officer (PRO), Human Resources, or a similar role within the UAE.
- Experience liaising with UAE government authorities, including MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, GPSSA, ADPF, Economic Departments, Municipality, and other government departments.
- Experience processing employment visas, labor permits, Emirates ID applications, pension registrations, and company licensing-related transactions.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and government procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory entities on behalf of the company.
- Process visa, labor, immigration, pension, and licensing transactions.
- Monitor regulatory changes and provide updates on government requirements and compliance obligations.
- Maintain accurate records of government transactions, approvals, and employee documentation.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

Education & Qualifications:
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
