An exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering the Bank's Data Management training programme.

You will be at the heart of programme delivery, working together with training leads, subject matter experts and stakeholders across the organisation to coordinate activities, keep priorities and milestones on track and help deliver an effective learning experience.

Your key responsibilities

- Coordinating training and change activities, keeping milestones, actions and dependencies on track
- Proactively following up on outstanding activities, identifying and resolving delivery risks and looking for opportunities to improve training processes and ways of working
- Coordinating training operations, including scheduling, participant communications, registrations, attendance, surveys and follow-up activities
- Working with subject matter experts and stakeholders to coordinate reviews, approvals, decisions and actions
- Producing clear communications, meeting records and professional presentation materials using existing content
- Gathering and maintaining clear, auditable evidence of activities, decisions and approvals, supporting governance and formal closure requirements

Your skills and experience

- Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive actions through to completion
- Ability to work independently, anticipate upcoming requirements and take ownership with minimal supervision, working with a sense of urgency while remaining flexible as priorities evolve
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with different stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research issues, assess options and make well-reasoned recommendations
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, with an eye for clear and professional presentation
- Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar concepts and processes, connect the dots across activities and identify relevant risks, dependencies and next steps
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
