About the Programme :
The Deutsche Bank Graduate Programme is a comprehensive programme designed to provide you with exposure to a range of fascinating projects and ongoing professional and technical trainings to develop the skills you need to grow your career. You will feel supported by a network of mentors and peers.
Throughout the 13-months Graduate Programme in Zürich, you will have the unique opportunity to learn about the Products of the business and contribute to their design and development thereby giving you a broad-based overview of all facets of Wealth Management. You will also have a chance to work alongside either Relationship or Investment Managers and get progressively closer to client coverage. By developing individual solutions, you can master your analytical, interpersonal and advisory skills and gain extensive experience in dealing with demanding clients, both internal and external. You will be trained by the best, evolve professionally and personally, as well as build a firm foundation for your career progression.

About the division:
The Private Bank combines Deutsche Bank’s private client’s business and its international business with private and commercial clients together with Wealth Management in a single division. In both the domestic German market and worldwide the Private Bank provides high-quality advice to over 20 million clients and a broad range of financial services in 19 countries – ranging from day-to-day banking services right through to advisory services for sophisticated Private Banking and Wealth Management clients.
What we look for:
- University graduates with a degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration
- Prior introduction to financial industry is a great plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, numerical and interpersonal skills
- Team player with proactive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with market data provider would be a plus
- Prior experience using AI tools is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional language(s) is a plus
Eligibility criteria:
- Be able to start full-time work in July 2027, i.e. complete your studies (all final exams, coursework and have no outstanding requirements for graduation by then)
- Possess no more than 12 months full-time, relevant work experience (excluding internships)
