As a Business Analyst in our Document Management Unit , you will play a key role in driving improvements to our document management platform and related business processes. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, helping transform requirements into practical solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and customer experience across the organization.
Working closely with Product Owners, Process Specialists, IT teams, and other stakeholders, you will identify opportunities for improvement, support change initiatives, and ensure that solutions deliver real business value.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Drive business analysis activities related to our document management platform, including system enhancements, process improvements, automations, and regulatory changes
- Gather, analyze, document, and manage business requirements throughout the change lifecycle
- Prepare business cases, specifications, user stories, process documentation, and other analysis artifacts
- Support solution delivery through testing activities, including functional testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of requirements and expected outcomes
- Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and help implement effective and sustainable solutions
- Perform root cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
- Support incident resolution and contribute to the implementation of mitigation and improvement actions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and ensure delivery aligns with business objectives
- Maintain visibility of ongoing work through Jira boards, dashboards, and reporting
- Contribute to risk management, regulatory compliance, audit activities, and business continuity processes
- Continuously look for opportunities to simplify processes, optimize solutions, and improve ways of working
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, supporting business process improvements, system enhancements, or digital transformation initiatives
- Strong skills in gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business requirements throughout the change lifecycle
- Experience working closely with both business and technical stakeholders, translating complex needs into clear and actionable requirements
- Practical experience participating in IT change initiatives, including testing, validation, and successful solution implementation
- Ability to present complex topics in a structured and understandable way to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with process analysis, problem solving, and identifying opportunities for optimization and automation
- Understanding of Agile ways of working and experience using tools such as Jira
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving problems
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Awareness of IT systems, services, and operational processes
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level
