About the Role:

For our Ferrero Group HQ in Luxembourg , we are looking for someone to join our Group Security team as Transportation Security, Standards & Compliance.

In this role, you will support the implementation and continuous improvement of Ferrero's Supply Chain Security program across transportation, warehousing, suppliers and third-party logistics providers. Working closely with the Supply Chain Security Manager and colleagues across our Regions, you will contribute to the operational execution of security initiatives, coordinate supplier follow-up activities, support security assessments and audits, monitor incidents and ensure the consistent application of Group requirements.

This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of Security and Supply Chain. You will be involved in security reporting and analysis, dashboard development, incident follow-up, corrective action tracking and stakeholder coordination, contributing to informed decision-making and the continuous improvement of Ferrero's global Supply Chain Security program.

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will coordinate Supply Chain Security activities involving carriers, subcontractors and logistics partners while supporting the execution of security assessments and related improvement plans. You will contribute to the management and analysis of Supply Chain Security incidents, helping identify practical corrective and preventive measures that strengthen our operations.

You will analyze security data and transform it into meaningful reports, dashboards, trends and performance indicators that support business decisions. You will also help maintain and enhance Group Supply Chain Security procedures, tools, guidelines and processes while supporting the implementation of security requirements across regions and local operations.

As part of the continuous improvement of our security program, you will monitor industry standards, emerging risks and best practices, identifying opportunities to strengthen Ferrero's approach to Supply Chain Security and ensuring our framework remains effective and fit for the future.

About You:

You will bring a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Security, Risk Management, Business Administration or a related field and have gained 5-7 years of experience in Supply Chain Security, Logistics Security, Physical Security, Risk Management, Audit, Compliance or a related area.

You have a solid understanding of recognized Supply Chain Security standards such as TAPA, AEO, CTPAT or ISO 28000, while relevant certifications would be considered an added value in meeting your role's objectives.

Thanks to your experience in transportation, warehousing, logistics operations or third-party supply chain environments, you have developed a strong understanding of operational and security risks across the supply chain. You are comfortable supporting security assessments and audits, identifying vulnerabilities, evaluating risks and contributing to effective mitigation actions.

You bring strong analytical, reporting, communication and decision-making skills, allowing you to turn data into actionable insights and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Comfortable working with reports, dashboards and performance indicators, you can manage multiple priorities while bringing a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset to your work. Strong command of English, proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to travel 10% of the time complete your profile.
