About the Role:
We have a current opening for a Brand Manager, Mainstream Chocolate and are actively reviewing applications.
As a Brand Manager, you will drive the growth, equity, and performance of Ferrero's brands by translating global strategies into impactful local initiatives. You will leverage consumer and market insights to develop marketing plans that strengthen brand relevance and deliver sustainable business results. Acting as the steward of the brand, you will lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure excellence in execution across all consumer touchpoints. This role is responsible for managing key marketing projects, optimizing brand investments, and identifying opportunities for growth. By balancing long-term brand building with commercial objectives, you will help shape the success of Ferrero's iconic brands within Puerto Rico market.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and Execute Brand Strategies to Drive Growth and Strengthen Market Positioning:
• Contribute to the execution of brand strategies aligned with Ferrero's global vision and local market needs. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities to identify opportunities that strengthen brand positioning and drive business growth.
• Analyze Consumer, Market, and Business Data to Identify Opportunities and Generate Insights:
• Analyze consumer, market, and business data to evaluate brand performance, measure campaign effectiveness, and identify opportunities for optimization through actionable insights.
• Plan and Deliver Marketing Campaigns, Promotions and Product Launches:
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches in collaboration with agencies and internal stakeholders. Support portfolio development, packaging adaptations, and sales planning to ensure effective market execution.
• A&P Budget Management:
• Manage and optimize the brand's A&P investment and P&L, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, strong financial discipline, and delivery of marketing contribution, profitability, and business growth objective.
• Manage Projects Cross-Functionally:
• Lead marketing projects and product launches from planning to implementation by coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with business objectives. Prepare presentations and support collaboration across local, regional, and global teams.
• Manage RDP process and prepare products’ specs / catalogues / presentations to support Clients management.
• Propose NPD, test action standards and support KA implementation.
• Data Intelligence:
• Manage SAP, BW, Circana market Data, Nielsen and any other consumer research studies.
In addition to the above, any other task that is assigned by the supervisor or the management of Ferrero Caribe.
About You:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4-7 years of experience
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to transform data into actionable insights
• Excellence in organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Collaborative skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships across other departments and external agencies
• High level of adaptability and resilience
• Advanced proficiency in marketing performance analysis and business reporting
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken

The base compensation range for this position is $49,500.00 - $66,000.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
