Facilities Management Services (FMS) supports the RIT community by designing, constructing, operating, and maintaining a high-quality, cost-effective campus environment.

As part of FMS, HUB Print & Postal Services provides high-quality, competitively priced promotional products, printing, and mailing services that support the university's academic, administrative, and operational needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Supports the sourcing of promotional products, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency
- Handles decoration projects, such as screen printing and embroidery
- Acts as the primary contact for vendors, negotiating terms and monitoring product quality
- Maintains detailed records for branding compliance and inventory management
- Provides proactive customer service, manages order processing, and offers timely updates
- Identifies and implements solutions to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

- Knowledge of branding and promotional merchandise production and sourcing
- Knowledge decoration techniques like screen printing and embroidery
- Skill in organization and coordination
- Skill in written and verbal communication and customer service
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Ability to problem-solve efficiently to handle service delivery issues

Minimum Education & Experience

- High School diploma or GED
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered

Job Level Overview

Operations, Administrative, Service, or Technical Support Level 2 - An intermediate level role with working foundational knowledge and skills to perform routine and occasionally non-routine tasks. Tasks may require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures. May provide assistance to entry level staff.
