Position Highlights

The Associate Director of Budget and Registration is a split-position supporting both the Army STEM Education Consortium (ASEC) and the K-12 Research Center. RIT serves as the lead organization for ASEC, a national consortium of academic and nonprofit partners that delivers STEM enrichment experiences, competitions, internships, fellowships, and professional development programs designed to develop the nation's future STEM workforce.

The role also monitors multi-source funding structures, conducts financial analysis, and supports the long-term financial sustainability of a nationwide portfolio of STEM education programs.

In support of the K-12 Research Center, the Associate Director leads the development and implementation of centralized evaluation, planning, and reporting processes. Working closely with center leadership and staff, the position designs evaluation frameworks and reporting tools, assesses program impact, develops annual reports and visual analytics, and contributes evaluation expertise to proposal development, strategic planning, and future funding opportunities.
