At Kuehne+Nagel Global Services, you will have the opportunity to influence the way more than 2,000 colleagues work across our global service organization. As our Continuous Improvement Manager, you will play a key role in designing and implementing a world-class Continuous Improvement program, empowering teams to work smarter, solve complex challenges, and deliver measurable business impact.

As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you will lead the deployment of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies across our organization. You will help create a sustainable culture of continuous improvement through training, coaching, consulting, and hands-on project delivery. Working closely with operational leaders and international stakeholders, you will drive initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and performance across multiple business units.

## How you create impact

•    Design and implement a structured Continuous Improvement Academy and certification program.
•    Develop and maintain Lean, Six Sigma, and CI toolkits tailored to our organization.
•    Act as a local Continuous Improvement Champion and drive Continuous Improvement initiatives across teams.
•    Coach leaders and teams on identifying improvement opportunities and applying Continuous Improvement methodologies.
•    Lead projects focused on efficiency, quality, and operational excellence.
•    Measure, analyze, and communicate the impact of improvement initiatives.
•    Collaborate with Continuous Improvement professionals and stakeholders across Costa Rica, Cebu, Belgrade, and Thessaloniki.
•    Promote a mindset of innovation, transformation, and continuous learning.

## What we would like you to bring

- Proven experience designing, implementing, and scaling Continuous Improvement programs.
- Strong track record of delivering measurable process improvements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multinational teams.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-driven, action-oriented, and comfortable leading change initiatives.
- Fluent English.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and/or Green Belt certification will be considered a plus.
