Job Summary:

The HR Coordinator will support the Human Resources department in various administrative functions, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and enhancing the employee experience. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment Support :

- Assist with job postings and managing applicant tracking systems.

- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.

- Prepare onboarding materials and assist with the new hire orientation.

- Received and assure applications are completely filled and screened

- Employee Records Management:

- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements regarding employee documentation.

- Record of meeting notes with HR personnel and employees

- HR Administration:

- Assist in administering employee benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries.

- Support performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and feedback.

- Create and maintain reports of employee inquiries, cases, etc.

- Training and Development:

- Coordinate and aid with training sessions and workshops

- Assist in tracking employee training progress and development plans

- Employee Engagement:

- Help organize company events, team-building activities, and wellness programs

- Assist with employee surveys and feedback initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture

- Assist in special events as needed

- Policy and Procedure Support:

- Assist in updating HR policies and employee handbooks

- Communicating changes in policies to staff and ensure understanding

- HR Projects:

- Support various HR projects and initiatives as needed

- Research and compile data for HR reports and presentations

- Payroll

- Assist with Payroll, timesheets, and invoices as necessary

- Data Entry

- Input data into the system or excel

- Create reports and notes on Word

- Assist when needed at the front desk

- Greet callers or visitors via phone or in person

- Maintain updated calendars for employees visits

- Plan travel arrangement

- Directing visitors using employee and department directories

Qualifications:

- Availability to work any shift Monday-Friday and Rotating Saturdays

- Bilingual -Fluent in Spanish/English

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

- 1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.

- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

- Familiarity with employment law and regulations.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required;

Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.

Compensation:

- $25.00 per hour

- Benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (start time and end time can change due to special events) Must have flexibility

Rotating Saturdays 8am-2:00pm
