The Experience

- We are looking for a Named Account Executive to own the Salesforce relationship with a set of enterprise accounts in the Swiss Technology, Services and Public Sector industries. You will build account strategies, align internal resources and grow our footprint across the Salesforce platform.
- You will join the Swiss Tech & Services Enterprise Sales team and work closely with solution, industry and technical specialists. Together you will turn customer objectives into winning strategies.
- This role is based in [location] and works primarily in the office or at customer sites. Some international travel is required.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

- Build and execute long-term account plans that align with each customer’s business objectives.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and tender (public procurement) management through negotiation and close.
- Coordinate internal teams, partners and cloud specialists to meet customer needs.
- Present the Salesforce value proposition to new and existing customers to grow your assigned accounts.

You’re Our Person If...

- You have a track record of meeting or exceeding quota in direct sales of technology solutions.
- You have experience building and maintaining territory and account plans, and forecasting weekly in a CRM.
- You are fluent in German and English.
- You understand AI and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, and you can explain their business value to customers.

Even Better If...

- You have 5+ years selling enterprise software to senior or C-suite stakeholders at a major software vendor.
- You have a record of new business, upsell and cross-sell wins against targets.
- German and English proficiency required, French is a plus.
- You have a point of view on digital transformation trends in the Technology, Services and Public Sector industries.
