Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 annually, based on experience

Responsibilities:

- Advise customers, PMs, and various stakeholders on daily site status and issues.

- Work daily with PMs and Regional Field Eng. Supervisor on special parts requirements for Deployments.

- Collaborate daily with the support team to identify and resolve issues.

- Utilize various software programs daily, such as:

Office 365

- Google Suite

- Microsoft Office Products

- Polaris and other proprietary programs

- Support software and engineering team on site with issues found in the field.

- Support field team on issues as they arise

- Assist the Operations Team as needed in the areas of:

Training (Customers and Team Members)

- Uniforms (As Extra Help is Needed)

- Production (As Extra Help is Needed)

- Documentation of daily tasks performed daily.

- Ongoing sharing of lessons learned.

- Ongoing travel as required.

- Perform other related duties and tasks as needed

Qualifications

- Associates Degree in Networking preferred

- MCP, A+, Network + preferred

- Great personal skills and ability to interact with customers and team members

- Technical writing skills for development of technical documents

- Ability to think outside the box

- Understanding of 12-volt systems and low voltage wiring

- Cat 6 cabling and network wiring

- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools

- Must be flexible, adaptive and forward-thinking

- Must be eager to teach and lead, continually striving to help everyone improve

- Proficiency in:

Microsoft Suite

- Adobe Creative Suite

- Microsoft 365

- Polaris (and other proprietary software)

- Google Suite products

- Data Analytics

- Demonstrable experience in networking, IT and vehicle wiring systems

- Organized, productive and results-driven

- Independent worker, contributing creatively with minimal/no supervision

- Exceptional communication skills (Written and Verbal)

- Experience with networking and in-car audio installations preferred.

- Adaptive, enjoying challenges, persevering and focusing on getting the job done right the first time.
