What You'll Be Doing

- Operate and monitor plant equipment to support safe, efficient, and reliable production.
- Inspect equipment, identify operational issues, and perform routine adjustments as needed.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and customer expectations.
- Complete production records, inspections, and other required documentation accurately.
- Follow all safety policies and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.
- Loading Customer trucks.

- Ability to safely operate and monitor industrial equipment with strong attention to detail.
- Mechanical aptitude and capability to troubleshoot basic equipment and process issues.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a production environment.
- Ability to manage priorities, adapt to changing conditions, and work independently when needed.

Conditions of Employment

- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Work Environment

- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
