About the role:

Field Office Clerk

Located: Cheshire, CT

Duration: 12 Months

The Office Clerk or Office Manager reports to the Supervisor Construction

Key Responsibilities:

Help set up and organizing field construction offices, which contain all necessary office equipment, records, report books, construction plans, and more.

Be familiar with current technology, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe suites.Develop a working knowledge of all necessary reports (e.g., timesheets, material records, rental vehicle records, purchase orders and requisitions, etc.).

Help order material.

Provide construction administrative and analytical support.

Help prepare construction progress reports, with input from the Contractor.

Help produce a weekly report of all construction progress activities.

Take clear minutes.

Manage all documentation on site, whether physical or digital. Document Management skills are an asset.

Search for/and compiling documents by the Project Team.

Manage Project Teams internal / external training records and assisting Project personnel to complete training as required.

Interact with other Departments to share / receive Project documentation as needed.The Clerk shall be conscious of public relations.

The Clerk may, in the course of a job, come in contact with municipal officials, property owners, government Inspectors, and ministry personnel. These individuals will have jurisdiction to ensure we adhere to existing laws and agreements, rules, and guidelines.

Qualifications:

2 years experience

High School Diploma or equivalent

Drivers License/Drivers AbstractFirst Aid/CPROSHA 10

OSHA 30, or OSHA equivalent within last 5 years

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $25.00 - $27.00.
