About this role

Ready to take your career global?

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our ever-evolving Integrated & Platforms Finance Team and help shape the future of global commerce. In this role, you’ll turn financial data into meaningful insights that guide planning, forecasting, and long-term business decisions. By developing a deep understanding of revenue, contribution, key performance indicators, and partner-level drivers, you’ll help leaders identify opportunities, manage performance, and confidently plan for future growth. You’ll have the autonomy to improve financial processes, guide colleagues, and collaborate with stakeholders across the business while advancing Global Payments’ mission through disciplined financial management and informed decision-making.

What you'll own

- Shape financial plans and forecasts by delivering accurate, forward-looking analysis that helps leaders set priorities, anticipate risks, and achieve long-term business objectives.
- Drive stronger financial performance by evaluating revenue, expenses, contribution, and partner-level drivers to identify trends, explain variances, and recommend meaningful actions.
- Enable confident leadership decisions by translating complex financial information into clear, timely management reporting and actionable business insights.
- Improve financial processes at scale by using technology and automation to strengthen month-end activities, increase forecasting efficiency, and enhance reporting accuracy.
- Elevate team capability and accountability by applying independent judgment, identifying issues early, and sharing financial knowledge that helps colleagues deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.

What you'll bring

- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience.
- At least five years of professional experience in finance or a related discipline, with demonstrated success in planning, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and the ability to apply accounting policies, procedures, and standards accurately.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial systems, accounting software, and data-driven reporting.
- A collaborative and accountable approach, with strong English communication skills and the ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, meet critical deadlines, and guide other team members.

It's a bonus if you have

- Experience supporting integrated platforms, payment businesses, partner-led models, or similarly complex commercial environments.
- A track record of automating or improving month-end, forecasting, and management-reporting processes.
- Experience providing guidance, knowledge sharing, or cross-training to finance colleagues and business stakeholders.
