What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is proactive, mechanically curious, and solution-oriented . We are looking for someone who sees a problem and wants to figure it out—not someone who immediately calls a contractor.

Success in this role means keeping equipment reliable, preventing problems, completing quality repairs, reducing unnecessary contractor service, and helping AIS make the most of its facilities resources.
