Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

In
this role, you will support the business by managing contractual processes,
collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and helping drive efficient and
compliant legal operations.

- Draft, negotiate, and manage non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) throughout their full lifecycle
- Prepare, review, and maintain contractual agreements in collaboration with legal experts and business stakeholders
- Act as a trusted partner by providing guidance on contract-related topics and supporting the resolution of contractual challenges
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of contractual activities
- Drive contract management processes to closure by proactively identifying risks, removing obstacles, and following up on open actions
- Utilize document automation solutions and digital platforms to support contract lifecycle management activities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and service quality

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

You are a collaborative and detail-oriented
legal professional who enjoys working in an international environment, building
strong stakeholder relationships, and driving contractual topics to successful
outcomes.

- Degree in Law and a strong understanding of legal and contractual concepts (Mandatory)
- Experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and contract lifecycle management
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate across different functions and organizational levels
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to take ownership of topics from identification through resolution
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office and confidence working with digital tools and document management platforms such as DocuSign
- Fluency in English and legal terminology; knowledge of German is an advantage
