About this role
We are hiring Semiconductor Test Engineer with expertise in ATE test development, DFT, and IoT connectivity products (BT/BLE/Wi-Fi) . The role involves silicon bring-up, characterization, production testing, and test automation using Teradyne UltraFLEX-RF platforms , while driving product quality, yield improvement, and manufacturing readiness through close collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams.
Your role Key responsibilities in your new role
- Develop, debug, and optimize ATE test programs for IoT products, including Bluetooth (BT), BLE, and Wi-Fi solutions.
- Design and execute characterization and production testing for Digital, Mixed-Signal, PMU, and RF blocks.
- Leverage expertise in DFT methodologies, including ATPG, PMU, BUCLK, LDOs, and trimming procedures, to improve test coverage and quality.
- Develop semiconductor test solutions using Teradyne UltraFLEX-RF platforms; experience with UltraFLEX+ is an advantage.
- Troubleshoot ATE hardware and software issues, ensuring efficient root-cause analysis and problem resolution.
- Provide technical support and test engineering expertise to internal teams, manufacturing partners, and customers.
- Develop automation solutions using scripting and programming languages such as Perl, Python, C, C++, Java, and Visual Basic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IP Design, Applications, DFT, Product Engineering, and Test Engineering to support successful product development and production release.
- Utilize UNIX/Linux environments and shell scripting for test automation, debugging, and workflow optimization.
- Drive continuous improvements in test quality, yield, and manufacturing efficiency.
Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Strong understanding of semiconductor device fundamentals, including Analog, Digital, and Circuit Theory.
- Hands-on expertise in DFT, ATPG, PMU, BUCLK, LDO, and trimming methodologies.
- Experience with Teradyne UltraFLEX-RF / UltraFLEX+ test platforms.
- Strong programming and debugging skills for ATE test development.
- Proficiency in Perl, Python, C, C++, Java, and Visual Basic.
- Experience testing Digital, Mixed-Signal, RF, PMU, and Connectivity products.
- Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating systems, shell scripting, and automation tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams.
