The Production Manager is a key member of Bandit’s Creative team, responsible for the day-to-day planning and execution of photo, video, content, and brand productions. You’ll work closely with the Creative team, and cross-functional partners to turn creative concepts into well-organized, well-executed productions. Requirements

- Manage the day-to-day logistics of creative productions across campaigns, product launches, editorial, social content, e-commerce, events, and other brand initiatives.
- Support the Senior Producer in developing production plans, schedules, budgets, and production approaches.
- Independently manage smaller-scale shoots and productions from pre-production through wrap and final delivery.

- Track production budgets, estimates, invoices, purchase orders, and expenses in partnership with the Senior Producer and relevant internal teams.
- Be a key point of contact for vendors and crew before and during productions.
- Attend and help manage shoots on set, troubleshooting issues and keeping production moving.
- Anticipate production needs and potential issues before they become problems.
- Coordinate post-production logistics, including file delivery, selects, retouching, editing, color, and final asset delivery as needed.
- Maintain organized production files, contacts, vendor information, releases, and other documentation.
- Help develop and improve production processes, templates, and systems as Bandit’s creative operation scales.
- Support multiple productions and creative projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
