## Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and coordinate communication across MedReview.
- Manage an assigned portfolio of clients, escalating highly complex or enterprise-level matters to Senior Account Management leadership as appropriate.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and develop a strong understanding of each client’s business priorities, operating model, and expectations.
- Maintain regular client contact and ensure questions, issues, and requests are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Develop and maintain account plans, stakeholder maps, meeting records, and action-item tracking.
- Escalate relationship, service, or financial risks appropriately and support resolution.
Service Performance and Issue Resolution
- Monitor service level agreement performance, deliverables, open issues, and client commitments.
- Partner with Operations and other internal teams to troubleshoot issues and coordinate corrective action.
- Monitor claims aging, recovery execution, and related client actions that may affect outcomes or payment.
- Ensure clear ownership, deadlines, and follow-up for client and internal action items.
- Communicate status and resolution plans to clients in a timely and professional manner.
Business Reviews and Client Reporting
- Prepare and lead recurring client meetings and business reviews with support from Account Management leadership and subject matter experts.
- Develop clear reporting on performance, savings, operational results, open items, and strategic priorities.
- Translate operational information into concise, client-focused updates.
- Document decisions, commitments, risks, and next steps following client meetings.
- Provide accurate updates for internal portfolio and client health reviews.
Retention and Growth
- Identify client needs and potential cross-sell, upsell, and new-solution opportunities.
- Partner with Account Management leadership, Business Development, Product, and Operations to evaluate and advance opportunities.
- Support renewal, pricing, contracting, and scope discussions as assigned.
- Demonstrate MedReview’s value through data, outcomes, and consultative recommendations.
- Monitor competitive activity and changes in the client environment that could affect the relationship.
Voice of the Customer and Internal Coordination
- Bring client feedback and market insight to Product, Operations, and leadership teams.
- Support new-client and new-solution implementations, transitions, and handoffs.
- Coordinate internal resources to provide a consistent client experience.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process, communication, or solution improvements.
- Maintain accurate client information, opportunity activity, and relationship notes in the designated CRM and account management tools.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of Account Management, client success, healthcare operations, payment integrity, managed care, revenue cycle, healthcare technology, or related experience.
- Experience managing complex client relationships and coordinating across multiple internal teams.
- Working knowledge of healthcare claims, payment integrity, payer operations, reimbursement, or related healthcare services.
- Strong communication, presentation, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to interpret operational and financial information and present it clearly to clients.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and client commitments with limited supervision.
- Professional judgment and the ability to handle sensitive or escalated client matters appropriately.
