About this role

About the Role:
At Flow, we believe performance should never come at the expense of the brand. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who understands that great design doesn’t just capture attention—it creates connection. You’ll craft visuals that are emotionally resonant and strategically sharp, helping us tell a deeper story in every scroll. This role is ideal for a seasoned creative with a love for humans, nature and a refined sense of restraint. We move fast, and you do too. You bring urgency, clarity, and direction to your work—shipping daily, iterating quickly, and driving momentum. At the same time, your standards are uncompromising. You sweat the details, challenge the average, and consistently raise the bar. If you think in visuals, move with purpose, and feel just as inspired by texture and tone as you do by click-through rates—this might be your place.

We will only consider applicants that provide links to portfolios, Instagram and/or websites showcasing their work.

Responsibilities:

- Shoot and edit high-quality video and photography used across all marketing and brand materials, including social media, website, paid ads, email, leasing and property marketing, print collateral, signage, presentations, events, and brand campaigns

- Operate a drone to capture aerial photo and video of properties, neighborhoods, and the Miami skyline

- Produce short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Stories) alongside polished longer-form pieces such as property tours, brand films, and resident or community features

- Capture interiors, exteriors, amenities, lifestyle, events, and team content

- Collaborate with teams to develop concepts, shot lists, and storyboards that support campaign goals

- Manage the full production workflow: pre-production, shooting, editing, color, sound, motion graphics, and final delivery in the formats each channel requires

- Maintain and organize a library of photo and video assets so the team can find and reuse them

- Keep all visual content consistent with Flow's brand voice and style

- Stay current on content trends, formats, and best practices, and bring fresh ideas to the team

- Care for and manage camera, lighting, audio, drone, and editing equipment, and recommend gear needs

Ideal Background:

- 2-4+ years of professional experience in videography, photography, and/or content creation

- Active FAA Part 107 drone license and hands-on experience flying drones for photo and video

- A strong portfolio showing video, photo, and aerial work, including short-form social content

- Expert-level skill with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop (Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve is a plus)

- Proficiency with professional cameras, lenses, lighting, gimbals, and audio equipment

- Knowledge of drone safety, airspace regulations, and flight planning

- A good eye for composition, lighting, color, and pacing

- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-moving environment

- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude

- Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends for events and shoots

- Reliable transportation to get to shoots across Miami

- Comfortable working on-site in Miami
