Standard Job Description

This position serves as the MFC Performance Management Team (PMT) Enterprise Manager. The PMT process empowers teams to advance our business by transforming ideas into action. The PMT Enterprise Manager is responsible to develop and execute the Enterprise strategy through coordination of Executive leadership and partnership with the 200+ PMTs across 14 MFC production sites and functional groups. This individual will also support the APEX Program Office for guidance of deploying PMTs across other functions, as well as maintaining best practices across all Business Areas. They will provide mentorship to many enterprise initiatives by leveraging continuous improvement tools and methodologies, project management and team leadership throughout the organization. This individual must be able to quickly understand complex problems to recommend improved, strategic and sustainable solutions as well as identify further opportunities for improvement. This role partners closely with Operations leadership, as well as APEX cross-functional staff, and requires high proficiency in clear communication, navigating political landscapes, change management, and the ability to effectively influence with limited oversight or direction.

Basic Qualifications

Strategic Leadership: Ability to develop and execute organizational strategy, partner with executive leadership, and navigate complex political landscapes with minimal direction.

Large-Scale Program Management: Proven experience managing broad, multi-stakeholder programs involving diverse sites, business units, or functional groups; mentoring teams and maintaining enterprise-wide standards.

Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement: Strong aptitude for analyzing complex challenges, identifying root causes, and recommending sustainable, strategic solutions using structured improvement methodologies.

Leadership & Influence: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for influencing across all organizational levels; demonstrated change management and mentorship capabilities.

Cross-Functional Partnership: Ability to collaborate effectively with operations, functional teams, and cross-functional partners to align goals, drive consistency, and support organizational best practices.

General

* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college
* Must have the ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Desired Skills

* Understanding of the Performance Management Team (PMT) Process
* Prior PMT Business Partner or Team Lead experience
* Operations Experience
* Experience at multiple LM locations
* Leadership skills in represented and non-represented production environments
* Green or Black Belt Certified
* Experience in leading Structured Improvement Activities (SIAs) or Kaizen events
* Experience developing ROI’s, business cases, and cost savings/reduction packages
* Familiarity in developing and deploying metrics across manufacturing work scope
* Proficiency in SAP and Apriso

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
