Part Time Development Center Attendant

Duran Golf Club , a subsidiary of A. Duda & Sons, Inc., is seeking a Part-Time Development Center Attendant to help maintain the daily operation of the driving range and practice facilities.  This position plays an important role in collecting range balls, stocking practice areas, maintaining the grounds, monitoring range activity, and supporting the overall appearance and functionality of the Development Center.

Required Availability
This position requires availability on weekends and holidays.  Typical shifts are:
- Friday and Saturdays , which shifts typically scheduled between 11:00am-9:00pm or 1:00pm-9:00pm based on course needs
- Tuesdays from 7:00am-10:30am
Part-time employees will be scheduled based on business needs and will not necessarily work all of these shifts each week.  However, candidates must be available to work these days and times as needed.  Schedules, days, and hours may increase, decrease, or change based on business and operational needs.

Job Duties:
- Operate the range picker to collect golf balls throughout your shift.
- Clean and maintain range balls and restock dispensers and practice areas.
- Monitor activity on the driving range and short course.
- Collect range baskets and assist with daily setup and breakdown activities.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the driving range, short course, surrounding grounds, parking lot, and facility.
- Inspect and clean equipment and report maintenance concerns.
- Assist with other golf operations duties as needed.

Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical stamina to walk, bend, lift, and remain active throughout the shift
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
- Golf operations experience is a plus but not required
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekend and holidays as business needs change
