HR Systems & Data Analytics Specialist

We are looking for an analytical and solution-oriented HR Systems & Data Analytics Specialist for an exciting consulting assignment within a large international organization in the automotive industry.

In this role, you will support the development, operation and continuous improvement of HR systems, data management and reporting solutions. You will work closely with HR stakeholders to transform business requirements into effective, reliable and user-friendly solutions.

💼 About the Assignment

You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality HR data, developing reporting solutions and improving HR processes and systems. The assignment combines data analytics, business analysis, system support and continuous improvement in an international environment.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

Manage and validate HR data to ensure accuracy, consistency and transparency

Develop, maintain and improve HR reports and dashboards based on business requirements.

Translate HR business needs into functional system and reporting solutions.

Support system testing, releases and enhancements of HR applications.

Identify opportunities for process standardization, simplification and automation.

Provide functional support, documentation and guidance to HR users.

Collaborate with stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting efficiency and system functionality.

✅ Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

A university degree or equivalent education in Business Administration, HR, Data Analytics, Information Systems, IT or a related field.

Experience or solid knowledge of Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Governance, HR IT or Enterprise Reporting.

Experience working with SAP-based HR applications and analytics solutions, such as SuccessFactors, Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or equivalent systems.

Good proficiency in SQL and Excel.

Knowledge of data modelling, data quality and business analysis.

Experience working with enterprise applications and data, preferably within an HR environment.

Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

⭐ Nice to Have

Additional education or training in Data Analytics, BI, Data Governance, HR IT or Enterprise Reporting

Experience with Power BI.

Understanding of SAP HR data models and enterprise integrations

Knowledge of Python.

Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, scripting or AI-assisted reporting.

Knowledge of Swedish, German or Portuguese.
