About this role

POSITION PURPOSE

- Drive the strategic workflow activities daily, provide support and expertise in the production of assigned IQVIA data assets
- Coordinate with other offshore teams to deliver high quality outputs on time
- Run data quality and integrity steps across the multi production streams, including applying corrections to data as required
- Act as the primary point of contact for the production processes and for the resolution of critical incidents and client queries on various data assets
- Detailed data content focused person who can investigate the data and systems and providing solutions
- Run impact analysis on data changes to support decision making
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality that lead to improved customer satisfaction
- Help build out Data Integrity function who can support better data quality and prevent data issues before clients receive the data

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Develop a specialization into the assurance of IQVIA data accuracy and consistency over its entire life-cycle
- Coordinate with Production teams in case of any issues with data and arrive at quick resolutions
- Lead complex pieces of data analysis and operational processes to answer business questions
- Support business where need arises to ensure on time delivery to clients
- Support the wider organization by providing pertinent information to allow investigation of data quality
- Contribute to team effort through communication, cooperation and coordination across IQVIA

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

- At least five years experience
- Strong data knowledge and analytical skills with an unconditional love for data, numbers, and analytics
- Fluent in SQL and any BI tools
- Knowledge of best practices for data quality checks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interpret and present complex concepts
- Good data analysis skills with understanding of data management and ETL
- Desired (but not essential) some awareness of big data and associated tools
- Graduate of any relevant mathematical, scientific, engineering or computer science-based degree
