POSITION OVERVIEW
**Please note that this is a temporary 14 month contract**
The Marketing Coordinator must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment driven by team work, performance and customer experience. He or she will be responsible for supporting the marketing communications manager as well as regional marketing managers in implementing and following up on national and regional marketing initiatives as well as special projects. The ideal candidate possesses excellent coordination and organization capacity, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
CHALLENGES TO BE MET
- Prepare and update event, campaign and various marketing initiative calendars
- Complete all tasks related to billing, creating purchase orders, and calls for proposals for editing services, including follow up with suppliers
- Respond to questions and coordinate marketing requests from business centres and the head office (e.g., pamphlets, emails, customer testimonials, etc.)
- Contribute to planning, organizing and coordinating Marketing team meetings
- Provide logistical support to marketing advisers in the area of launching or retiring products and services, updating marketing materials and reviewing quarterly customer testimonial available on different channels and platforms (Web site, mobile apps, intranet, BDC store)
- Help coordinate marketing activities related to special programs including distributing marketing materials on our different internal platforms.
- Help regional marketing managers coordinate certain events and sponsorships (follow up on and manage lists in CRM)
- Maintain an effective filing system to organize, update and archive marketing content available on our different internal platforms (intranet, SharePoint documents, mobile apps, BDC store)
- Contribute to the creation of various analysis reports
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Three years of experience in a similar role and organization
- Excellent administration abilities including the ability to organize work and establish priorities
- Proven capacity to anticipate future needs and take a proactive approach
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish working relationships with internal and external clients
- Excellent writing and communication skills in both English and French
- Good knowledge of Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
