• Support domestic and international shipments by preparing required shipping and customs documentation while coordinating with various carriers

• Operate warehouse doors, dock equipment, pallet jacks, and material-handling equipment to support freight truck loading and unloading

• Organize inventory locations and staging areas while supporting equipment transfers, asset tracking, and warehouse reorganization efforts

• Respond to operational and event-related requests from internal teams while assisting with excess inventory disposition and palletization activities

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, shipping, or logistics operations

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a service-oriented approach

• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, climb stairs or ladders, and perform physical labor for extended periods

• Ability to safely load and unload trucks and operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment

Preferred qualifications:

• Familiarity with shipping carrier systems and documentation requirements

• Knowledge of recycling and sustainability program coordination

• Experience with inventory tracking and supply management systems

• Proven ability to solve problems independently and manage competing priorities
