As a Trade Affairs Specialist you will coordinate activities associated with duty drawback program including routine maintenance, reporting, and compliance related processes. Assist with other reporting and import/export related tasks as business needs demand.

Reporting to:Regional Transport and Trade Affairs Mgr
Salary range for this position based on candidate experience 70-95 per year.
Responsibilities
- Manage Duty Drawback compliance, licensing, annual claims, broker coordination, and issue resolution.
- Manage customs clearance instructions in SAP and ensure import documentation supports drawback eligibility.
- Coordinate import/export declarations and supporting documentation required to recover duties.
- Maintain audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and ongoing monitoring of drawback procedures.
- Monitor, advise, and provide training to internal groups in regard to the application of import/export laws and regulations, applicable policies and procedures, etc.. which impact duty drawback eligibility
- Monitor data entry of shipment information into SAP shipping module and activate billing upon confirmation of delivery.
- Work in conjunction with customs broker(s) to ensure all required customs clearance procedures and documentation are complied with.
- Assist with internal and/or external audits and assessments.
- Support others within team with other reporting and operational responsibilities as necessary
You?
- Bachelor degree preferred
- 3 or more years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, or Regulatory in a manufacturing environment preferred
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Project Management
- Proficiency in Project Management related activities
- Creating of SOPs
- Project Updates
- Stakeholder Management
- Proficient in MS Office Suite especially Excel
- Analytical Skills – Intermediate
- SAP Experience Preferred
