Financial Analyst III
Responsible for supporting monthly close, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting processes for the International Finance organization. Prepares financial analyses, reports, and presentations, and provides support to Finance leadership and business partners on financial matters. Works closely with Corporate FP&A, Accounting, P&C, and other functions to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the monthly close and forecast processes, including data gathering, analysis, reporting, and follow-up on outstanding items.
- Prepare materials and supporting analyses for monthly actuals and forecast review meetings.
- Support Corporate Accounting with close-related matters, including restructuring, hierarchy changes, audit fees, and other financial reporting requirements.
- Track and follow up on action items resulting from monthly forecast and actuals reviews.
- Support the annual budgeting process, including forecast inputs, variance analysis, commentary, and cost analysis.
- Prepare financial reports, analyses, and presentations for management and Corporate Finance.
- Provide balance sheet and cash flow analysis to support actuals and forecast reviews.
- Prepare supporting schedules and financial analyses for forecasts and business reviews.
- Support the Sr. Director and Finance leadership with financial inquiries, reporting requirements, and ad hoc analyses.
- Identify potential cost improvement opportunities and support related initiatives.
- Develop and maintain reporting on sales, revenue, costs, capital expenditures, and free cash flow.
- Support KPI reporting for weekly and monthly management reviews.
- Monitor risks and opportunities and support Finance leadership in tracking progress against financial targets.
- Support the review and preparation of restructuring entries to ensure accurate recording and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate SAP approval matrices and other financial master data as required.
- Track key financial metrics and support the monitoring of synergy initiatives.
- Partner with HR and other functions on matters with a financial impact.
- Support operational and Finance-related projects as required.
- Manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses requested by Finance leadership.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or professional qualification preferred.
- 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or financial reporting.
- Experience with financial planning and reporting systems such as SAP, BPC, Hyperion, or similar tools.
- Experience working in an international or multinational environment preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced English Proficiency
