Location: Farmington & surrounding areas
Pay: $20/hour + $150/week Standby Pay

Caring Senior Service is hiring an experienced Lead Caregiver, CNA, PCA, or HHA to provide client care while supporting our caregivers and office team.

Your Responsibilities
- Provide quality care to clients
- Help cover open shifts
- Support caregiver scheduling
- Help train and onboard new caregivers
- Assist caregivers in the field
- Answer calls and support the office team
- Help maintain quality care
- Lead by example
Requirements
- 5+ years of caregiving, CNA, PCA, HHA, or Lead Caregiver experience
- Must be 18+
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and on-call
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Able to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bilingual skills are a plus
