As an Intern, you will be responsible for:

- Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements
- Learning internal software to assist with the completion of projects and tasks
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders
- Applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained

Project Management Support

- Gain hands-on experience in the management of operational projects.
- Apply project management methodologies to support ongoing initiatives.
- Develop skills in planning, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and risk monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regions) to define and coordinate activities.
- Support outage preparation and management through the use of company procedures and processes.

Digitalization of Existing Processes

- Analyze current manual or semi-manual processes and identify areas where digital tools can reduce effort and errors.
- Contribute to the design or improvement of digital workflows and operational dashboards.
- Participate in the testing and validation of digital tools (applications, dashboards, and automations).
- Document process changes and create training materials for end users.
- Propose and implement measurable improvements aimed at increasing process efficiency.
- Support the monitoring of KPIs related to upgrade projects.
- Contribute to the creation of work instructions and action plans for process improvement.
- Develop the ability to collect, analyze, and visualize operational data to support decision-making processes.
- Work with databases related to service upgrade activities.
- Utilize tools such as the MS Office Suite, MS Power Apps, MS Power BI, MS Power Automate, MS Power Query, and enterprise systems to create effective data visualizations.
- Present results and recommendations to supervisors and project stakeholders.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the end-to-end operations of the Upgrade Service organization.
- Develop communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
- Participate in regular team meetings and project tollgate reviews.
- Collaborate with various teams across the IET Gas Technology Services organization.
- Receive feedback and continuously improve skills, competencies, and autonomy.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

- Be currently or recently graduated in Masters’ level degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Management.
- Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country
- Be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Power Apps, MS Power BI, MS Power Automate
- Have strong oral and written communication skills in English and Italian
- Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction

The fixed allowance for this position will be between this range: 600 - 1000 € gross monthly.

The allowance will be established in accordance with criteria related to the candidate’s academic status and their distance from the workplace.
