Were seeking an experienced Unit Manager, RN to lead one of our skilled nursing units. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who enjoys mentoring staff, driving clinical excellence, and being actively involved in fast-paced SNF environment.

What Youll Do
- Manage daily clinical operations of an assigned SNF Unit
- Provide hands-on clinical leadership and support to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while promoting best practices
- Monitor clinical outcomes, documentation accuracy, and care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and surveys with confidence
Qualifications
What Were Looking For
- Active RN license in good standing
- 2+ years of SNF or long-term care experience (Unit Manager or charge experience preferred)
- Strong clinical skills and regulatory knowledge
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- Passion for resident-centered care and staff development
