Reporting to the Commercial Director , the Senior Product Manager is responsible for defining and executing the strategy for Hach's product portfolio, including Hach, Water Quality, and selected third-party solutions. This role translates market intelligence, customer needs, and business priorities into sustainable growth, increased market share, portfolio expansion, and long-term competitive advantage.

The Senior Product Manager serves as a strategic business partner to Commercial, Marketing, Applications, Service, Operations, Finance, and supplier organizations, driving product performance throughout the entire lifecycle. This leader balances revenue growth, market penetration, profitability, customer adoption, and portfolio optimization while developing a high-performing team focused on delivering customer value.

This position is part of the Product Management Team located in Jundiaí, São Paulo, Brazil and will be hybrid .

In this role, a typical day will look like:

- Develop and execute portfolio strategies that drive revenue growth, market share expansion, customer adoption, and long-term business success.
- Partner closely with Sales teams to support strategic opportunities, account planning, forecasting activities, customer engagements, and growth initiatives.
- Lead market intelligence activities, including competitive analysis, customer segmentation, Voice of Customer programs, and identification of emerging market opportunities.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including business case development, product launches, commercialization strategies, portfolio rationalization, and end-of-life planning.
- Define go-to-market strategies, value propositions, pricing frameworks, sales enablement programs, and product positioning to maximize customer and business value.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop customer-facing content, application stories, competitive positioning tools, and commercial campaigns.
- Drive revenue, profitability, and portfolio performance through data-driven analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Commercial, Finance, Operations, Applications, Service, and external suppliers.
- Conduct regular portfolio business reviews and implement improvement plans using Veralto Enterprise System (VES) tools and methodologies.
- Build, develop, and coach a high-performing team while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and customer focus.

The essential requirements of the job include:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, Pharmacy, Agronomy, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Portfolio Management, Product Marketing, Strategic Marketing, or a related commercial leadership function within industrial, environmental, analytical instrumentation, life sciences, or technology-driven industries.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing portfolio growth strategies, go-to-market plans, pricing strategies, and product lifecycle management initiatives.
- Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, talent development, and cross-functional team leadership.
- Fluent English with the ability to operate effectively in a global business environment.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

- MBA or postgraduate degree in Product Management, Strategy, Innovation, Marketing, Water Quality, or related disciplines.
- Intermediate Spanish.
- Experience in Water Quality, Analytical Instrumentation, Laboratory Solutions, Environmental Technologies, or Process Industries.
- Experience working in multinational and matrix organizations.
- Knowledge of value-based pricing methodologies and strategic portfolio planning.
