Program Architect

Job Summary

Intapp's clients — the world's leading law firms, private capital firms, and financial services organizations — run mission-critical operations across sprawling, complex technology environments. As a Program Architect, you will define how Intapp's implementations connect into that broader enterprise landscape, spanning integration, data strategy, security architecture, and infrastructure, so that clients get resilient, scalable outcomes rather than one-off configurations. You'll also help shape how agentic AI, including Intapp Celeste, fits responsibly into that architecture as clients adopt it at scale. You'll set architectural direction for our most complex, strategic engagements, partnering closely with Services, Product, Engineering, and Security.

Day to day, you will assess client environments, design integration and data architectures, define security and compliance requirements, and guide delivery teams through architectural tradeoffs across engagements — increasingly including the data readiness and governance work that agentic AI adoption requires. This role calls for broad enterprise architecture experience — integration platforms, data strategy, security architecture, cloud infrastructure, and AI-native systems like Celeste — and the judgment to translate technical decisions into business outcomes for enterprise SaaS environments.

What you will do:

- Define enterprise architecture strategy for client implementations, covering integration, data strategy, security, and infrastructure considerations that span multiple systems and business units

- Shape how agentic AI capabilities, including Intapp Celeste, fit into clients' broader architecture — assessing data readiness, integration points, and governance needed to deploy them responsibly

- Design integration architectures that connect Intapp products with clients' broader technology ecosystems, including ERPs, CRMs, identity providers, and other enterprise systems

- Establish data strategy guidance — data flows, governance, and architecture patterns — for engagements involving complex data migration, integration, reporting, or AI-driven use cases

- Advise on security architecture and serve as the enterprise architecture voice across Services, Product, Engineering, and Security for our most complex, strategic client engagements

- Own early identification and escalation of architectural risk across the engagement portfolio — surfacing systemic exposure before it threatens an engagement and advising Services and executive leadership on mitigation and tradeoffs

- Contribute to Intapp's internal architecture community — mentoring delivery teams, codifying reusable reference architectures and playbooks, and sharing field-tested patterns and points of view across Services, Product, and Engineering

- Represent Intapp's architectural point of view with client executives and steering committees — advising on industry trends, emerging practices, and how peers are approaching similar architecture challenges

What you will need:

Intapp is looking for intellectually curious, self-motivated professionals like to get hands-on to contribute to the overall success of the business and their team. To apply for this Program Architect role, you will ideally have:

- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture roles, with a track record spanning integration, data strategy, and security architecture rather than a single product or platform within financial services, legal or accounting

- Experience designing and implementing architecture for complex, multi-system enterprise environments in B2B or SaaS domains

- Deep knowledge of integration platforms and patterns (such as Boomi or similar iPaaS tools), REST and other APIs, and enterprise middleware

- Strong grounding in data architecture and data strategy, including data governance, migration, and integration approaches that also support AI and agentic use cases

- Experience deploying agentic AI solutions and understanding of how systems are architected, integrated, and governed within enterprise environments

- Ability to communicate architectural vision clearly to both technical and business stakeholders, and to guide cross-functional teams toward pragmatic solutions
