About this role
About the Role
Build the integration layer connecting a healthcare AI platform with provider practices and insurance systems. Working closely with the product team and clients, you will turn complex healthcare workflows into practical technical solutions that help practices manage payer requirements and patient access to care.
What You'll Do

- Join client discovery sessions to map workflows and turn them into technical requirements.
- Ship custom integrations quickly and refine them using feedback from real-world use.
- Contribute to core product development when integration work is not the main priority.
- Develop a strong understanding of the US provider and payer landscape.
What We're Looking For
- Two to five years of full-stack engineering experience building and shipping features.
- Experience owning features or products from discovery through delivery, ideally in a startup or small team.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and using AI coding tools on production work.
- Proficiency with Python and FastAPI or a similar backend framework, plus React and TypeScript or comparable frontend technologies.
- Familiarity with Postgres, AWS or GCP, and version control tools such as GitHub.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical audiences.
- Web scraping, RPA, US healthcare, provider or payer systems, and production AI or LLM experience are valued.
- Able to attend in-person team or client meetings and travel as needed.
