We are looking for a Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations and drive results across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity. This role will lead and develop Production Coaches while championing continuous improvement and operational excellence.

To be considered for Production Manager, you'll need:

- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of manufacturing experience, or associate degree and 9 years of manufacturing experience or high school diploma or equivalent and 12 years of manufacturing experience.
- 3 years of direct supervision experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and problem-solving techniques.
- Proven ability to drive results in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and continuous improvement.

In the Production Manager position, you will:

- Lead Production Coaches to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, production, and employee involvement goals.
- Optimize production schedules, labor, capacity, and material requirements.
- Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives, including 6S, Gemba walks, standard work, Kaizen, and waste elimination.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained and products meet requirements.
- Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and OSHA requirements.

Salary Range Transparency:
Blacksburg, VA $85,000.00–$125,000.00 Annually
