Interoperability is seeking an experienced strategic leader to help shape and operationalize the vision for the Intelligence & Insights portfolio. This individual will play a critical role in driving roadmap development, intake governance, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and capability evolution across analytics, reporting, and insight solutions.
As a Delivery Lead, you will serve as a strategic partner across business, analytics, product, data, and technology teams to translate business priorities into actionable capabilities that improve decision-making and business outcomes. You will help establish and manage structured intake, prioritization, and governance processes that create transparency across demand, capacity, delivery commitments, dependencies, investment tradeoffs, and business value.
This role requires a combination of strategy, product management, analytics, and operational leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and priorities while balancing immediate business needs with the development of scalable, reusable analytics capabilities.
You will have the opportunity to influence how interoperability data and insights are delivered across the organization, driving the continued evolution of scalable, self-service, and insight-driven capabilities that create long-term business value.
- Develop and maintain the Interoperability Intelligence & Insights strategy and roadmap aligned to enterprise priorities, portfolio objectives, and business outcomes.
- Manage intake, prioritization, governance, and execution processes across analytics, reporting, and operational initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities and translate business needs into scalable analytics capabilities, reporting products, and insight solutions.
- Support development of business cases, roadmap recommendations, and prioritization materials that align demand, capacity, cost, value, and strategic outcomes.
- Define and monitor success measures, including leading and lagging indicators, adoption, value realization, stakeholder satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional efforts involving business, analytics, data, product, and technology teams to drive delivery and measurable value.
- Establish governance, performance measurement, and operational frameworks that improve transparency, accountability, decision-making, and portfolio flow.
- Drive the transformation from custom reporting to reusable, self-service insights that improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
- Develop executive-level analyses, presentations, recommendations, and business cases to support leadership decisions.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment, prioritization discussions, working sessions, and executive readouts across the organization.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, product management, analytics, business transformation, program management, portfolio management, or related disciplines
- Experience developing roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, operating models, governance structures, or strategic planning processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect analytics capabilities to measurable business outcomes
- Experience translating business objectives into actionable requirements, delivery plans, success measures, and stakeholder recommendations
- Excellent verbal, written, facilitation, and executive communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority
- Demonstrated success working in matrixed organizations with competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, MPH, MHA, or related advanced degree
- Prior healthcare, payer, provider, interoperability, population health, or health technology experience
- Experience with analytics product management, BI strategy, reporting governance, portfolio management, or Lean Portfolio Management
- Experience building intake, prioritization, value measurement, and capacity management processes
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, backlog management, user story development, MVP definition, and roadmap planning
- Familiarity with healthcare quality, Stars, risk adjustment, interoperability, or clinical data ecosystems
- Experience with data analytics and reporting platforms (e.g., Databricks, Azure SQL) and the ability to leverage data insights to inform strategy, improve performance, and support organizational objectives.
- Experience leading organizational change and self-service analytics transformations
Work at Home Requirements: To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested. In certain roles, the minimum recommended internet speed required by Humana may not be sufficient for business needs. Humana reserves the right to require associates to upgrade their internet service if necessary. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$115,200 - $158,400 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
