SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Master Posture Analyst to support an opportunity at MacDill AFB .
Position Overview Section
Seeking an experienced Master Posture Analyst to support USCENTCOM strategic planning, theater posture, and basing requirements. The individual will assess Global Defense Posture (GDP) and non-GDP basing plans, evaluate theater posture requirements, and provide recommendations supporting contingency planning, campaigning, and wartime operations. The position involves coordination with senior military leadership, the Joint Staff, and the Office of the Secretary of War.
Essential Job Functions
- Assess GDP and non-GDP basing plans within the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).
- Evaluate theater posture plans and recommend improvements throughout the planning cycle.
- Support the development and management of GDP requirements in coordination with the Joint Staff and Office of the Secretary of War.
- Provide strategic planning expertise during campaigning, contingencies, and wartime operations.
Qualifications
Minimum Position Requirements

Highly Desired Qualifications
- Graduate of JAWS, SAMS, SAW, MAWS, or Senior Service College
