SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Senior Campaign and Functional Planner to support an opportunity at MacDill AFB .

Position Overview Section

Seeking an experienced Senior Campaign and Functional Planner to support USCENTCOM operational planning, campaign development, and strategic coordination. The individual will assist in developing and managing operational plans, contingency plans, and the Commander's Campaign Plan while providing analysis and recommendations to improve planning efficiency, resource allocation, and mission execution.

Essential Job Functions

- Support development and management of OPLANs, CONPLANs, Functional Plans, and the Commander's Campaign Plan.

- Utilize adaptive planning tools to improve planning efficiency and execution.

- Analyze campaign plans, resource shortfalls, capability gaps, lessons learned, and wargame outcomes.

- Coordinate planning efforts across Combatant Commands, military components, interagency organizations, and partner nations.

- Organize and support planning working groups, conferences, and campaign assessments.

- Assist with Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Mandatory Declassification Review (MDR) coordination and document reviews.

- Support planning and preparation for USCENTCOM's annual INTERNAL LOOK exercise.

- Review and provide recommendations on readiness, capability requirements, and the Commander's Integrated Priority List.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Requirements

- Bachelor's degree required.

- Minimum 3 years of planning experience in a Joint or Combined Command Headquarters at the O-5 level equivalent or higher.

Highly Desired Qualifications

- Graduate of Joint Advanced Warfighting School (JAWS), School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS), School of Advanced Warfighting (SAW), Maritime Advanced Warfighting School (MAWS), or Senior Service College.
