How You’ll Make a Difference
You'll be a trusted expert in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining material handling equipment. Your skills will keep customers running, support your teammates, and make a real difference every day.
What You’ll D o
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, transmissions, and other equipment components.
- Perform advanced repairs, rebuilds, inspections, and preventive maintenance with safety and quality in mind.
- Maintain accurate service records, tools, parts, and a safe work environment.
- Share your expertise, support fellow technicians, and complete ongoing technical training.
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years of equipment repair experience with strong mechanical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and certification on 75% of the designated product line.
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to teamwork and safety. Technical certifications and welding experience are a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, provide your own tools, work at customer sites or in a shop, and participate in on-call rotations.
