About this Opportunity

The Warehouse Supervisor will work and oversee the receiving, inventory accuracy, bin and location management, quality testing, pick, pack, ship, and returns all run through you. This is not a role where you supervise one slice of a larger operation and hand off the rest. From the moment a supplier shipment hits the dock to the moment a customer's return is inspected, dispositioned, and back on the shelf or scrapped, the process is yours to run and yours to improve. The defining metric is same-day fulfillment. Our customers are biomedical engineers and materials managers with equipment out of service, and our promise to them is that their order ships today.

What You Will Do:

Warehouse Operations Leadership

- Lead daily warehouse operations for Cables & Sensors, setting the floor plan, priorities, and work assignments for team

- Run the daily fulfillment cadence against carrier cutoff times to hold our same-day ship commitment, adjusting staffing and sequencing as order volume shifts through the day

- Work alongside the team during peak volume, covering any station on the floor as needed

- Train, coach, and develop team members on process, safety, and quality standards, and handle scheduling, time approval, and day-to-day performance conversations

- Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and enforce safety and material handling practices

Shipping and Receiving

- Own the receiving process from dock to stock: verify inbound shipments against purchase orders, inspect for damage and discrepancy, document exceptions, and resolve them with purchasing and suppliers

- Manage outbound fulfillment including pick, pack, verification, labeling, and carrier manifesting across ground, air, and international shipments

- Manage rush, hot, and expedited orders from intake through hand-off to carrier, communicating status to customer service and sales

- Resolve short-ship, mispick, and delayed shipment issues, including carrier claims and recovery shipments

- Ensure shipping documentation is complete and accurate, including commercial invoices and customs paperwork for international orders

Benefits & Perks

- Competitive compensation package with salary, incentives, company ownership/equity, and comprehensive benefits (401k match, health, college debt reduction, and more!)

- Career and professional development through training, coaching and new experiences.

- Hybrid culture with new & beautiful workspaces that balance flexibility, collaboration, and productivity.

- Inclusive and diverse community of passionate professionals learning and growing together.
