Summary of Role:
In this global role as part of our Total Rewards team, you will support the execution of compensation programs with primary responsibility for global benchmarking, salary survey participation and analysis, and global bonus calculation processes. This role will partner across regions to evaluate market competitiveness, maintain consistent compensation practices, and provide data-driven insights that support pay decisions, annual compensation planning, and business priorities.
Essential Responsibilities include:
- Support global compensation benchmarking activities, including market pricing, peer comparisons, job matching, and analysis of external compensation data to assess the organization’s competitive position across regions.
- Coordinate salary survey participation globally, including data preparation, submission, validation, result interpretation, and maintenance of survey-related tools and documentation.
- Support global bonus calculation processes, including data audits, eligibility validation, incentive target review, calculation modeling, quality checks, and coordination with HR, Finance, Payroll, and regional stakeholders.
- Develop compensation analyses, reports, and recommendations that support annual compensation planning, salary structure reviews, bonus planning, and other global Total Rewards initiatives.
- Partner with regional HR teams and business stakeholders to ensure compensation programs, salary surveys, benchmarking practices, and bonus processes are administered consistently, accurately, and in alignment with company guidelines.
Other Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed global compensation reports, benchmarking summaries, salary survey insights, and bonus calculation materials for HR, Finance, and business stakeholders.
- Perform compensation analytics, data reconciliations, and quality reviews to support accurate global compensation decision-making.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity when handling employee compensation, survey, and incentive information across multiple countries.
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Education – Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or related discipline.
- 2-4 years of compensation-related experience, preferably with exposure to global compensation programs, salary surveys, benchmarking, incentive calculations, or annual compensation processes.
- Experience managing confidential compensation, survey, and employee data.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability to work with large datasets, perform audits, and support compensation calculations.
- Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work well on independent projects or as part of a global team.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a global organization and collaborate across regions, functions, and time zones.
- Experience with compensation benchmarking, salary survey platforms, market pricing methodologies, and incentive or bonus calculation processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning & organizational skills, ability to multitask and shift priorities
- Expert in Excel, Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong analytical skills, i.e., the ability to draw conclusions from data
