Analog Devices in Limerick has two technically advanced segregated 200mm clean room areas, a mixed signal fabrication area and an area for processing of novel materials. The Process Engineering team are seeking a motivated, self motivated individual to aid the process group with Training & Development of our new graduatess

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Development of Skills Base system across the Engineering group
- Coordination of training for Engineering Team
- Roll out of training system across the group
- Ensuring adherence & documentation of training
- Coordination of application for training Grant

Minimum qualifications :

- Good communication and interaction skills
- Data driven and ability to apply science theory and engineering concepts
- Self-directing, self-motivated and ability to work in a dynamic environment

Preferred qualifications:

- Good knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing preferred but not a requirement
- Data Analytics skills would be an advantage
