Standard Job Description

This position will be a member of the Ground Element SCM and Integration teams that utilizes GIT and scripts to assure our baselines are documented and adhering to delivery CDRLs. Also, integrates, tests, and deploys software and hardware products as an integral component of a larger, complex system. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for coordinating the development of integration objectives, integrating products that are part of a large ground system, troubleshooting errors and working closely with System, Software and Test engineers as part of an agile-like team. You will support and coordinate with the test team for regression testing and perform CR (change request) checkout. This position will also help lead the future architecture roadmap for integrating, testing, and deploying future capabilities.

The successful candidate will interact, plan and coordinate with multiple discipline engineering/maintenance teams to solve technical issues.
You will utilize your strong organizational and communication skills to be responsible for ensuring proper standards and processes are followed.
The ability to work independently with just general guidance is a must. The desire to work on a problem until it is solved is a necessity.

Basic Qualifications

* Experience in Linux or UNIX environments.
* Scripting and/or coding skills
* Experience on a software development program
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to adjust to a variety of audiences
* Effective problem-solving skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Must have an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain/maintain an SCI.

Desired Skills

* Test or Integration experience a plus
* Experience with configuration management/product control tools
* Experience with building CI/CD DevSecOps pipelines
* Experience with DevSecOps pipelines
* Organized and self-motivated with demonstrated ability to multi-task.
* Experience with deploying and testing software Docker or other container platforms a plus

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $91200.00 - $169400.00
