You will be Production IPT Lead for the ARRW Program at Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) in Orlando, FL. What You Will Be Doing

As the Production IPT Lead supporting ARRW Production, you will be responsible for:

* Reviewing status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
* Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
* Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
* Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
* Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
* This role specifically supports ARRW Production and will interface with all manufacturing sites primarily Archbald, Palmdale and Troy. Responsibilities will include schedule, cost and quality for each site as well as fostering cross-functional collaboration on Program to solve schedule and technical challenges. Onsite support will be required to supplement as needed; approximately 25% but could occasionally be 50%. Supplier travel may be required.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree

Must possess and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.

Experience with production/manufacturing environment and flow.

Must be a US citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Desired Skills

Mechanical/Aerospace/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering Degree.

Knowledge of electronics assembly/test.

Prior experience in manufacturing.

Experience in capacity and capital planning.

First Unit Flow planning and execution.

Cost analysis and budget management experience.

Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and or Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) systems.

Experience with MBOM Planning

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
